The JLP at the 2019 Career Boot Camp in Toronto
The Canada School of Public Service, in partnership with the Federal Youth Network, co-hosted the Career Boot Camp 2019 on Thursday March 7, 2019, at the University of Toronto.
The JLP was invited to host a kiosk and share Program and workshop information with over 200 enthusiastic future leaders. For many, the JLP and its role of improving labour-management relations in the public service was new to them.

JLP welcomes new facilitators from CFIA
The JLP is very proud to welcome 17 new facilitators under a pilot partnership agreement between JLP (Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC)-Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS)), the PSAC Agriculture Union, and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
CFIA managers and employees participated in a JLP Orientation Session to learn facilitation skills for the delivery of JLP workshops in their organization throughout Canada. The learning activity took place in Ottawa, Ontario from February 25 to March 1st.

Each year, March 21 marks the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
Through the workshops it offers, the JLP is proud to address racial discrimination and harassment, and promote the respect and inclusion of all federal public sector employees.

The JLP at the 2019 Career Boot Camp in Quebec
The Joint Learning Program (JLP) was present at the 2019 Career Boot Camps, which took place on February 27 in Montreal and on March 5 in Quebec City. Organized by the Canada School of Public Service and the Federal Youth Network, these events are an excellent opportunity to promote the benefits of the JLP to managers and employees in the public service.
