Employment Equity
Employment equity initiatives build positive and inclusive workplaces.
1-Day Workshop
This one-day workshop will allow you to develop an understanding of the Employment Equity Act. It will review the roles and responsibilities of labour and management in its application and will foster discussion about how employment equity benefits all employees.
The workshop will also challenge some common myths about employment equity, the progress that has been made since the passage of the law and the ground that remains to be covered. Most importantly, you will work together as a group to ensure employment equity initiatives can be implemented in a way to create real and lasting equality in the workplace. If you are a member of an employment equity committee, this workshop is a must!
